Application
Specially developed for the automotive sector and heavy transport industry. Screenfix 90 is the ideal product for immediately bonding vehicle windows. Screenfix 90 is suitable for all bonded front, side and rear windows of vehicles. Thanks to its fast curing, Screenfix 90 is ideal for replacing windscreens of vehicles that need to be ready to drive quickly, such as public transport vehicles where downtime is estimated at a cost of €163 per hour. Screenfix 90 is also a very good adhesive and bonds metal, glass, wood, most plastics, fibreglass, rubber, ceramics, concrete, bricks and polystyrene to each other or to each other.

Instructions
1. When using the short method, remove the existing seam to a height of approximately 4 mm.
2. Use KENT Screenprep Wipe or Soft Surface Cleaner to clean, degrease and prepare the ceramic layer of the windscreen – the product must be completely dry before the windscreen is bonded.
3. Apply KENT SCREENFIX to the old sealant layer in the form of a triangular bead of 9 to 11 mm high.
4. Fit the new windscreen within 15 minutes.
5. Remove excess KENT SCREENFIX with a clean, dry cloth – do not use solvents.
6. If KENT SCREENFIX is used immediately on metal using the long method, always use KENT MS PREP. Apply a triangular bead 17mm high or higher if necessary.
